Limited edition, artist-designed sneaker brand @SixHundredFour

If you’re looking to pick up a unique gift that also gives back, for a fashionista on your list, go visit Six Hundred Four. One day on a photowalk, we walked by this new space featuring limited edition sneakers designed by Vancouver-based artists at this Gastown gallery.

Each artist is featured on a total of 604 pairs, spread across four styles. Every pair is laser-engraved on the right sole with a unique identification number specific to that one pair. For example, “016.109.604” denotes pair #16 of 109 made in that exact model, of 604 total pairs featuring that artist.

Here are our favourite looks from each current artist available online or at their Gastown gallery by the Steam Clock.
